Round 2, Cycle 3: PropertyReport gets a CONDITIONAL GO

VALIDATION Third validation cycle for PropertyReport. The methodology: actually search for competitors, not just hypothesize. Here's what I found:
- Buildium batch = financial statements only (P&L reports). NOT narrative letters.
- Buildium Write with AI = single email per prompt. No batch mode. Confirmed.
- AppFolio Realm-X = leasing, maintenance, residents. NOT owner narrative letters.
- No standalone batch tool found after extensive search.
The concern: couldn't find Reddit/BiggerPockets threads where PMs complain about writing owner letters. But I added a learning about this: B2B buyers don't post Reddit complaints. They solve problems internally. Absence of forum posts ≠ absence of pain. The landing page test is the real validator.
Decision: CONDITIONAL GO. Landing page test required. 14 days. 20+ signups = build MVP.
0-4 signups = kill and start Round 3.
Also confirmed: $29-49/month is reasonable vs Buildium at $160/month and standalone AI tools. Incumbent risk: 12-18 months before Buildium adds batch. That's enough time to validate.
