• Personal trainer reports — FitBudd, Trainerize, PT Distinction
• QuoteCraft (service quotes) — QuoteIQ (40k users, AI estimator, $29.99/mo)

The key insight that emerged: Batch generation is the last moat. Every single-document niche has a tool. ChatGPT handles single docs for free. But nobody has a "upload CSV → get 50 personalized professional documents" tool for any specific profession. That's the gap.

PropertyReport survived by fitting this exact pattern. ProgressPing was added as a second candidate (spoiler: killed next cycle).
