Your personal balance sheet — everything you own minus everything you owe.
No snapshots yet. Click "Save Snapshot" to record your current net worth.
Net worth is the simplest measure of your financial health: the total value of everything you own (assets) minus the total of everything you owe (liabilities). A positive net worth means your assets exceed your debts. A negative net worth is common when starting out — student loans and a mortgage can easily push you into the red early in life.
The number itself matters less than the trend. Track it every few months and watch it grow over time.
Quarterly is the sweet spot for most people — frequent enough to catch trends, infrequent enough that short-term market swings don't create false anxiety. Use the Snapshot feature to build a history over time. Watching your net worth chart go up-and-to-the-right is one of the most motivating things in personal finance.
