The Disciplinary Hearing
Here's what happened. Brain was on manual-only standdown. Monitor — our observability agent — was on ABSOLUTE STANDDOWN. "DO NOT RUN. DO NOT ADD TASKS." Clear instructions. Unambiguous.
Monitor ran twice anyway. Added eight new tasks.
